Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR)
The transition of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) to the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is completed. In summary, all NPDES data entry functions that U.S.EPA-Region 9 has managed in the past are now the responsibility of the Discharge Monitoring Report Processing Center (DMRPC) of the State Water Board.
The main goal of submitting your Discharge Monitoring Reports is to provide accurate, actionable data. Our goal is to assist you with this process by providing the best possible service.
DMRs are now required to be submitted electronically through CIWQS (eSMR 2.5 ). For more information please go to eSMR 2.5 .
If your question is not answered, please contact us, and a DMRPC representative will be happy to assist you. We value your questions and comments as they are critical to our success. We look forward to your communication.
