(The State Water Board will consider adopting an order remanding the permit and time schedule to the San Francisco Bay Water Board and directing that board to amend its Basin Plan.)

WATER QUALITY
(This is authorized under Government code section 11126, subdivision (e)(2)(B).) The Board will meet in closed session to discuss threatened litigation because, based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against the Board relating to a claim filed by Atlantic Richfield Company, concerning Leviathan Mine, Alpine County.
