10. Petitions of the Boeing Company for review of Waste Discharge Requirements Orders R4‑2004-0111 and R4-2006-0008 for the Santa Susana Field Laboratory, issued by the Los Angeles Water Board.  SWRCB/OCC Files A-1653 and A-1737.  The State Water Board will consider issuing an order that denies a request by Boeing to stay numerous effluent limitations in Boeing's NPDES permit.  The draft order would vacate a prior stay order issued by a single Board member (Order WQ 2006-0002)  (Written comments are due June 14, 2006 by 5 p.m.)
