9.  Consideration of a petition of Yuba City for review of waste discharge requirements Order No. R5-2003-0085 and Cease and Desist Order No. R5-2--3-0086, issued by the Central Valley Regional Board.  SWRCB/OCC File A-1580  (Comments shall be limited to the revisions from the April 21, 2004 draft order and shall be received no later than 12:00 p.m., June 16, 2004.)

 

10.  In the Matter of Own Motion Review of waste discharge requirements Order No. R5-2003-0031 [NPDES No. CA0077950] and Cease and Desist Order No. R5-2003-0032 For City of Woodland, issued by the Central Valley Regional Board, SWRCB/OCC File A-1561  (Comment period ended May 14, 2004.)

11.  Consideration of an order on petitions for change and extension of time filed by South Feather Water and Power Agency (formerly Oroville-Wyandotte Irrigation District) and Yuba County Water District on six permits; the permits authorize diversion from Lost Creek, Sly Creek, South Fork Feather River and Slate Creek in Butte and Yuba Counties

WATER RIGHTS  (This is authorized under Government Code section 11126(c)(3)).

The Board will be meeting to deliberate on a proposed order prepared after a hearing on petitions for change and extension of time filed by South Feather Water and Power Agency (formerly Oroville-Wyandotte Irrigation District) and Yuba County Water District on six permits. The permits authorize diversion from Lost Creek, Sly Creek, South Fork Feather River and Slate Creek in Butte and Yuba Counties.
