(The Board will consider whether to approve the proposed resolution remanding the regional cleanup plans to the Regional Board for further action consistent with the Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges From Irrigated Lands.)

(The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order approving the issuance of the Waiver, but striking certain provisions due to vagueness, and including a provision indicating that the Waiver’s terms do not apply to discharges requiring a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.) As previously noticed, written comments on the draft order dated January 9, 2004, must be received by the Office of Chief Counsel no later than 5:00 p.m., January 20, 2004. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order remanding the matter to the Regional Board for reconsideration of the Goleta Sanitary District application following receipt and consideration of CEQA documentation and recent evidence regarding the expected level of effluent discharge.)

1. Consideration of a Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Lahontan Region to Revise Waste Discharge Prohibition Exemption Criteria for the Mojave Hydrologic Unit. (The Board will consider whether to approve the proposed amendment.)
